1. Payment & Deposit:

a. Security Deposit – 25% of total fees required on booking, remaining payment due 1 month prior to occupancy.
b. Damage Deposit – $2000.00 per stay – fully refunded upon completion of inspection. Funds will be transferred within 10 business days from inspection.
c. Pet Deposit – $1000.00 per stay – fully refunded upon completion of inspection. Funds will be transferred within 10 business days from inspection.
d. Cleaning Fee – As Agreed, payment due 1 month prior to occupancy.

2. Cancellation:

30 Business day prior to occupancy date excluding a admin fee.
